      bad more than good

      Pros

      "was" fun and exciting per vision from chairman. company grew and staff could grow too. as a team, we enjoyed and suffered together before the famous CEO joined the company

      Cons

      aiming to boost the sales, it seems the famous CEO ignored the whole business strategy, layoff did happen --it is understandable in such a bad economy but no leaders tried to stand out and explain what happen to the company staff at all. company bonding is totally demolished.
