      Great Work-life Balance and Nice Colleagues

      Pros

      I enjoy the flexible working hours and comfortable work environment here. The company has a flat management structure, and virtually no hierarchy or bureaucracy. I can talk to my superior whenever I have concerns or need help and always get feedback immediately. I can finally achieve a work-life balance here. Also, personal relationships here are quite simple, colleagues are mostly friendly and willing to help, no need to deal with office politics. I can feel that my capabilities and skills as a product manager have grown quite a lot, which makes me ambitious and willing to take on more responsibilities and career challenges.
