Pros

As a fresher you will get to learn a lot because they will give you amount of work equivalent to to 3 year workex person...frustration will become your bestfreind once you join here.

Cons

1. Management thinks that the employees have no life outside office. 2. Once you join they force you to work a minimum 10hours, almost 4 days a week for no reason you will be forced to spend almost 11 hours in office. 3. Management is very negative, they don't value your suggestions and keeps on asking you to do things which you have already denied to do. 4. No structure, mind games and never ending frustration.

Pros

Good for 1-2 years of experience people. They will give you lots of work, company will expect you to work like 5 years of experience, even if you have less then 2 years. They promise to have 5 days working but its totally according to them, they can pull you in work even on Sunday without any compensation.

Cons

Very Less Salary compare to Market No work life balance If you have more then 3 years of experience, search for better opportunity. False promises always.
