      4most has a unique work culture that fosters collaboration, and learning has a pretty flat hierarchy, senior people are all within reach and responsive is highly specialized in credit risk and actuarial competencies is growing rapidly at the moment with new practices and offices launched

      maybe doesn't have great access to big clients that are usually serviced by larger consulting firms

      Pros

      Good company if you are concerned about salary and you can get 30 percent more than the market standard and not about anything else. The projects will be from tier 2 UAE banks and nothing much to learn.

      Cons

      Biasness in hiring based on region is a real and known issue in India, and it often shows up very clearly in team culture, communication patterns, and decision-making.
