Good salary. Average time off & decent benefits.

Cons

Zero opportunities for advancement or even lateral movement unless related to senior management or part of very, very small clique. Basically refuse to promote no matter how good one's performance. Disagree with anything & be prepared to leave the company. A lot of ridicule & belittlement from top to bottom of company.

Cons

Treated like crap by foreman beau. Always yells at people for taking breaks 2 seconds early. Always want more and more after you give them more. Air quality was terrible. no ventilation and most employees not legally allowed to work in us. Use a staffing company to bypass laws as they are "temporary" employees. Makes it hard to get a raise or anything like that.

Decent pay. Stale advancement, Management needs attention.

Cons

Expensive healthcare, no matching 401k, management is either gone, strict on your 8 (really 9) hour day, or they look the other way when you need them. locked to you desk or station, took minor precautions during COVID pandemic, sanitation lasted a week. Very little work-from-home opportunities, management may also try to get too close to you personally, and little to no room for climbing the career latter. Seemingly a good ol’ boys club at times.
