Warnings issued for low activity or talking to colleagues. 4. Lack of Work-Life Balance Constant pressure to deliver under strict deadlines. Work-related stress affects daily life and health. 5. No Benefits or Job Security No insurance, bonus, or perks. Frequent project switching and sudden terminations for not working late. 6. Unreasonable Work Policies Bathroom, breaks and calls are monitored. Not allowed to eat at the desk even during extended work hours.
