Bad shifts, 10-7pm Outbound dialling is stressful Managers were certainly not the smartest or most talented people, just dumb enough to stick around until promoted. No chance of advancing anywhere Commission structure sucked In a really hard to get to place unless you drive

Pros

Made some good friends, bonding with team mates. Always paid on time.

Cons

Very low pay for a call centre, no commissions or bonuses. Management were not approachable and did not appear to care at all about any employee issues.
