Everything. Abusive management and supervisors. People were constantly screamed and cursed at in front of the entire office. Worked to death. Was doing enough work for 3 people, compensated for one, and constantly berated for mistakes. I was talked down to and criticized daily, as someone would stand over my shoulder, rushing me to finish my work so everyone could go home. I was kept late every day. These people are very, very mean. Unless you're a customer! Then they'll lick your boots clean. Employee? You're the lowest of the low. And it's not like you're faceless, either - this is not a large company where upper management never has contact with lower level employees, everyone is in one large room in a small, one story building, and sees each other every day.
Given ONE paid day off, EVERY. THREE. MONTHS. That's four days per year. Need to use one? Maybe. It better not be the last few days of the month. And it better be cleared at least a few weeks in advance.
The other review is accurate, you're given two weeks of maternity leave. That's two weeks after HAVING A CHILD to come back to work.
Benefits after six months. Compared to my current employer, who activated my benefits after four weeks.
