      Nice place to grow but the company still needs to grow itself

      Pros

      Last technologies in the market and good place to learn. Could pay better, but is not bad when compared with a national company.

      Cons

      The company lacks organization and a good management structure. The priorities change away too many times which makes it hard to plan in long term. It is hard to maintain motivated as the management don't listen our opinion and always expects the impossible.

      Toxic environment with bad management

      There are none pros regarding 1Global

      Cons

      There is zero tolerance for errors, if you make one you are instantly fired without any previous warning, they just cut you off. Actually they force you to "kindly resign" your currently position. You get lucky if in your day to day basis you don't get yelled by your manager. Also, at the same time, your manager can say that everything is alright and good and surprise with a bad review in the quarterly cycle. I don't recommend this company to anyone, just avoid it at any cost.
