Pros

No pros, very bad management, no management at all.

Cons

No corporate culture, they don't know what that is. No benefits, wages are extremely low, they don't pay overtime.

- CEO keeps violating the Fair Labor Standards Act - CEO treats the employee as freeloaders - CEO thinks that he can act as a dictator because he pays the salary and - Cheap salary is the most important thing for CEO. Therefore the quality comes after that - CEO keeps firing the employees. If he does not like something about the employees, he thinks he can fire them even they are good workers

Lack of Leadership. Friendly Coworkers.

Pros

A stepping stone to get into the industry although it won't guaranteed you to land offers from major LSPs. Coworkers are mostly friendly.

Cons

Working with oversea production teams can be frustrated and annoyed due to cultural difference and language barrier. The owner is ambitious but lack of clear vision and full of sporadic action plans. It drives the team crazy. Pay tends to be on the lower end.
