Sutton Group Financial Services, which franchises real estate offices branded with its name, offers a variety of mortgages to its clients through its line of Sutton Branded Mortgages. Chief executive Scott Shaw co-founded Sutton in 1983; he took it private in 2004 after it had traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange for three years.
