The company primarily serves government defense and intelligence agencies including the US Navy, and US Department of State. It also develops and maintains custom virtual simulation systems for training military and intelligence personnel. Other areas of specialty include IT project management and security risk assessment. RDR has satellite offices in Florida, North Carolina, and Hawaii. The company was founded in 1986 by chairman Cal Sasai.
