Description OneThirtyFive helps B2B startups accelerate top-of-funnel growth through high-quality, phone-first outbound sales. We partner with growing companies that need real conversations with the right prospects, and our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the engine behind that growth.

Based in Cleveland, OneThirtyFive is building an in-office team culture centered on training, accountability, competition, and skill development. Our BDRs are coached daily on cold calling, messaging, objection handling, prospect research, and multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn. We use real call data, transcripts, role play, and AI-assisted feedback to help our team improve quickly and build the habits required to succeed in sales.
