Computer Management Services (CMS) touts itself as a full-service information technology (IT) services provider. The company deals in such areas as software design and development, network design and management, systems integration, Internet and intranet services, technical support, and application development. CMS formerly specialized in serving commercial clients in the financial services and technology industries among others; it has since branched out to serve federal, state, and local governments and agencies, as well. Clients have included American Express and SAIC. CMS was founded in 1987 by CEO Al DeMagnus.
