Consulting firm ChapterHouse advises companies in the health care industry on a wide range of strategy issues, including growth, marketing, and sales effectiveness. Its customers have included Aetna, CoreSource (benefits management), and Healthaxis (health care management software). ChapterHouse is part of the health and life sciences practice of consulting firm Oliver Wyman, the flagship of Oliver Wyman Group, which itself is a unit of Marsh & McLennan. Managing partner Tom Main helped found ChapterHouse in 1997; the firm was acquired by Oliver Wyman in 2008.
