Horrible. Submitted resume then got an email asking for my availability and I responded immediately. Crickets for days afterwards. I emailed again asking and I was asked availability again. Despite telling HR that I was not available on a Friday, she called unexpectedly. After a 4 minute call, she cut me off and said she'd follow up with me in a week's time (sounded like she was driving BTW). Again, crickets. I won't be wasting my time with this organization. I appreciate that being an HR professional in a small org must be challenging but the multiple emails and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and a big turnoff from a candidate perspective. This is how you lose qualified people...
