The process of internhsip was very simple and organised. Initially I got a call from the HR and we had a general interview on language testing skills,internspersonal skills and communication.The second internview was sheduled within 2 weeks with the manager of the department accompanied by the HR.They were more looking for problem solving skills,managing the project,autonomy and a colobrative mind set.
