Cons

Very large company and as such: tons of projects and departments, A bit of a silo culture - the left hand doesn't know what the right hand does, Bureaucratic, Elitist - hiring only the best.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Stockholm, Stockholm)

Interview

Interview was conducted by one male employer and had 2 others mostly listening, asking questions eventually close to the end. The main person conducting the interview kept interrupting me during all of my answers, It was very uncomfortable and I had to try to finish my line of thought after his long interruptions. I am honestly not sure if he did that consciously though, He seemed to be a very outspoken person and excited to talk about the work at the company. Still, it was not a good experience.
