Pros
Schwab is a company that bends over backwards to empower their employees to delight clients and to allow their employees the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I've never seen an environment so dedicated to doing right by the customer before doing well financially, however I think that singular focus on the customer is what allows them to do well on the Street,
Cons
Well they spend a fortune on training, base salaries could be more competitive. Other than that its a great place to work.
