Where to start?! From initial conversations with Louise Sorrell about joining Badenoch + Clark through to running a successful HR desk three years later, I am very happy with my decision to join! The team are great and everyone helps one another and genuinely love to see each other succeed. I made the move from Internal Recruitment back to agency and haven’t looked back. At B+C you are treated as an adult and you don’t have crazy KPI targets to hit each day. Pro’s include flexible working patterns, ability to work remotely and supportive managers.
Cons
As it stands we don't have annual pay reviews for our basic salary - it would be great if this could be implemented!
