• Responsible for annual training plan survey and identify training needs with functional leaders, design and implement annual training plan activities including budget control
• Design and deliver mid-level managers’ leadership development program
• Design and organize business ability development, management/leadership related and general competency projects and other types of training projects and activities to support business strategy and people development
• Act as business partner and work closely with departmental business leaders
• Responsible for global-wide sales skills contest activities
• Responsible for internal trainer management program
• Design and plan training effectiveness measurement activities to help people transfer knowledge to behaviors, improving the application environment and vitality
• Support T&D team in the development and improvement of learning programs at different levels
• Support senior training manager to manage training data and analyze to make training report

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ solid working experience in training and development, managing training projects
• Result oriented; excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills
• Open minded, willing to learn and help others
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, in particular the use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
