About the Role
With the increasing prevalence of diabetes and obesity in Hong Kong and Macau, we are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across cardiometabolic portfolios. The role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, consumer marketing (including digital and social), and marketing operations, with a focus on execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns across HCP and consumer channels, ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery
Support planning and coordination of CME programs, KOL engagement, and consumer initiatives (including digital and social media)
Monitor campaign performance and provide practical observations to improve effectiveness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely project execution
Manage marketing operations, including documentation workflows (e.g., approvals), vendor coordination, budget tracking, and administrative processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience gained from sizeable corporation
Passionate in developing career in life science and healthcare industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, a team player, detail-oriented, strong organisational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Proficient in MS applications
Fluent in English and Chinese (Chinese and Mandarin)
