Job Responsibilities:

• Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site;
• Planning and scheduling resources for projects;
• Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents;
• Providing on-site coordination different trades of sub-contractors, suppliers and clients;
• Coordinate with internal staff from various departments

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma graduate in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying / Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction is required;
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project;
• Well-organized, team spirit and able to meet all deadlines;
• Mature and possess good communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Willing to go to site occasionally;
• Immediate available is preferred
