Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Feature Delivery: Build, ship, and maintain reliable features across both the frontend and backend to grow the platform.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Integrate AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code and similar tools) into your daily workflow to efficiently plan, write, review, and debug code.
• Technical Execution: Translate product requirements into clean, working, and thoroughly tested functional features.
• Collaborative Learning: Work closely under the direct mentorship of seasoned founder, actively incorporating feedback to rapidly level up your skills.
• Pipeline Contribution: Maintain high reliability and execution speed to help the team consistently deliver on a steady stream of new projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

AI Literacy & Workflow

• Leverage AI Safely: Ability to use AI assistants to accelerate development speed while maintaining a deep, fundamental understanding of the generated code.
• Critical Evaluation: Strong judgment to know when to trust AI outputs and when to manually verify, test, and debug them.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents, or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into product features.

Technical Skills & Background

• Foundational Knowledge: Solid core programming fundamentals (strong computer science/software engineering background OR a robust portfolio of self-taught projects that prove your skills).
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with or exposure to Git, TypeScript, SQL, Railway, Javascript, CSS and HTML or related and AWS / cloud and Vercel for hosting. (A strong foundation in any modern language is acceptable).
• AI-Built Portfolio: Provide a link to a live web application or public GitHub repository.

General

• Bachelor's degree or higher of Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome if a portfolio can be provided as reference.
• Growth Mindset: High curiosity, fast learner, asks sharp questions and thrives on self‑directed problem solving.
• Reliability & Communication: Clear, dependable communication skills with the ability to take ownership of an assigned task and execute it effectively.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
