Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the market expansion and revenue growth of our IoT, AI, and Smart Building solution business. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building long-term strategic partnerships, and promoting intelligent building automation, IoT sensing systems, AI operational analytics, and smart campus/office/industrial building solutions.The ideal candidate will have solid industry connections, a proven track record of closing large-scale smart building projects, and a deep understanding of IoT hardware, AI algorithm applications, and building intelligent transformation trends. You will lead the end-to-end business development cycle, drive project bidding and negotiation, and contribute to the company’s market share and brand influence in the smart construction and intelligent technology sector.Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute business development strategies for IoT, AI, and smart building solution businesses, achieve annual sales and profit targets, and expand market coverage in commercial buildings, industrial parks, corporate campuses, government public buildings, and real estate projects.
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, competitor dynamics, and policy orientations of smart city & intelligent building sectors, adjust business strategies and product promotion focus timely to capture emerging market opportunities.
2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with real estate developers, construction engineering companies, property management groups, system integrators, government infrastructure departments, and industry key clients.
- Develop strategic partnership resources, including channel partners, technology cooperation partners, and project cooperation vendors, expand business channels, and build a sustainable business ecosystem for smart building solutions.
3. Project Follow-up & End-to-End BD Execution
- Identify potential project opportunities, conduct early-stage customer communication, demand research, and solution matching for smart building automation, IoT monitoring systems, AI energy management, intelligent security, and building digital twin projects.
- Lead project business negotiations, quotation confirmation, bidding & tendering processes, contract signing, and coordinate with internal technical, R&D, project delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project landing and implementation.
- Track project payment progress, maintain customer satisfaction, and explore secondary development and iterative upgrade opportunities of existing projects.
4. Solution Promotion & Industry Branding
- Deeply understand the company’s core products, including IoT sensors, building intelligent control systems, AI big data analysis platforms, energy-saving management systems, and smart building integrated solutions, and provide professional solution consultation for customers.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and technical exchange activities, expand industry influence, and promote the company’s smart building and IoT AI technology brand.
5. Team & Performance Management
- Summarize regular business development reports, sort out customer resources and project pipelines, and submit market analysis and business progress reports to the management team.
- Guide and support junior BD members, optimize business development processes, and drive the overall growth of the team’s business performance.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
