Ferndale Pet Travel is one of Asia’s leading pet relocation specialists, helping families move their pets safely and compliantly around the world. We work with international partners, airlines, vets, and governments — and we care deeply about animals and the people who love them. We have offices in HK and SG.
We’re now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing strategy end-to-end.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands all aspects of modern marketing — from strategy to execution.
You will:
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing across digital, content, social media, branding, PR, partnerships, and offline channels
- Lead copywriting for ads, websites, campaigns, emails, and social content
- Manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms
- Work closely with management to translate business goals into clear marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand voice across English and Cantonese materials
- Measure performance, analyse results, and continuously improve
Requirements
We are only looking for candidates who meet the following:
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience across multiple marketing disciplines (digital, social, content, branding, etc.)
- Previous experience working for a well-known, reputable, or recognisable brand
- Strong copywriting skills — applicants must share examples or a portfolio of past work (ads, websites, campaigns, articles, social content, etc.)
- Highly fluent with online and social media marketing, with a solid understanding of broader marketing channels
- Fluent in Cantonese and English — this role requires bilingual marketing and advertising
- A pet owner and genuine animal lover (non-negotiable)
