Responsibilities:

· Assist to prepare project master program, weekly & monthly progress monitoring, tracking and reporting.

· Assist to prepare structural design calculations and statutory submission to BD, ASD, HKHA and Project Architect/Engineer for approval.

· Assist in drafting prescribed plans, drawings & sketches. Conduct site measurements, inspection as required.

· Perform other function deemed necessary as designated by the planning manager & principals

Requirement:

· Higher Diploma/BSc/MSc/PhD degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering;

· Min. 5 years’ design office and/or planning experience; lesser experience candidates/fresh graduate will also be considered.

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;

· Performs structural analysis and design using different structural analysis software i.e. SAP2000, SAFE, ETABS & Robot etc.

· Project programming software i.e. MS Project & Primavera P6 etc.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM software is preferred

· Work location Kwun Tong / Yuen Long / Tung Chung

Benefits:
