Our IT Department is in charge of developing and deploying all business systems used in the company across Hong Kong. Our software developers are required to work closely with users to understand the business logics and requirements. We use the latest technologies to develop systems that can facilitate users to work more effectively and efficiently.

The incumbent will be responsible for handling, developing, and managing multiple corporate business systems and applications across both our front-line operations and office.

Responsibilities:

• System Development & Design: Develop and design workflow systems on Java Web, Domino Workflow System, or SharePoint workflow programming.
• Requirement Gathering: Gather users’ requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prepare comprehensive system documentation.
• Project Delivery: Manage project timelines to ensure multi-system developments and deployments are delivered on schedule.
• User Support & Training: Provide user support, maintain the smooth operation of workflow systems, and conduct user training.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with internal users and external vendors to drive system updates, enhancements, and successful integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science or any related discipline
• At least 4 years’ or more hands-on experience in JAVA Web programming, JavaScript framework, .NET and MS SQL programming
• Experience and knowledge in Domino programming will be an advantage
• Experience in system architecture design, performance tuning and system integration
• Experience in gathering and consolidating user requirements
• Experience in a business IT solutions, such as understanding business pain points, translating internal requirements, or evaluating external vendor solutions, will be considered a distinct advantage.
• Independent and self-driven, detail-minded, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
