• Analyzing, designing, installing and configuring network infrastructure and application
• Maintaining a stable IT infrastructure and the computing environments for the company to meet with various business requirements
• Ensuring information security and other IT policies are adhered to when designing and implementing systems, networks and IT services and to ensure proper system controls are in place

• Experience in customer service or retail industry
• University graduate in Computer or Information Technology related disciplines; professional certificates in Network (LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN), data-communication, TCP/IP (e.g. Microsoft Certificated System Engineer) preferred;
• Other professional qualifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associates), CCNP (CCN Professional) and qualification in Information Security and other industrial standards (e.g. CISSP) are added advantage;
• 2 years’ hands-on desktop support experience in sizable companies; experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Microsoft Windows, MS Office applications and network configuration; working knowledge in the use of administrative tools, MS AD, Exchange 2007, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP in financial package implementation using SAP Finance, Hyperion or Oracle, finance process mapping system implementation and business intelligence tools such as Cognos;
• Good written and verbal communication skills with different business aspects and levels of users
• Responsible and accountable with result-oriented attitude
