Manage the business on a day-to-day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including effective leadership and merchandise assortment
Establish and implement action plans to develop sales for each product category
Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clienteling through understanding the customers' needs and handling customers’ complaints and queries
Uphold excellent quality in conjunction with efficient and friendly customer service
Monitor staff performance to ensure that excellent customer service is maintained. Offer effective resolutions through team guidance and decision-making
Make timely window and interior display changes proactively according to company VM guidelines to feature various new items
Oversee all facts of store daily operations and prepare regular reports for management review

Requirements
Tertiary education in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines (Diploma / Associate Degree or above)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail industry with at least 4 years in managerial role
Strong leadership and analytical skill with business sense
Team player and problem solver; able to communicate well across all levels with strong interpersonal skill
Strong and exceptional clienteling and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Chinese Word Processing and POS
