Job Responsibilities

1. Support the Hong Kong headquarters and mainland project departments in coordinating the procurement of materials for glass curtain walls, including aluminium profiles, glass, sealants, hardware fittings and other related items.

2. Formulate procurement plans based on project requirements and track the progress of purchase orders.

3. Conduct daily communication with mainland suppliers, including inquiry, price comparison, contract compilation and order entry.

4. Maintain procurement ledgers, contract files and supplier databases.

5. Coordinate with logistics teams, warehouses and construction sites to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

6. Assist the Hong Kong team in preparing procurement reports, reconciling accounts and processing payment applications.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above; candidates with backgrounds in secretarial studies, architecture or related disciplines are preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the glass manufacturing or glass deep processing industry, with sound knowledge of automotive glass, architectural glass, tempered glass and relevant production processes.

3. Familiar with glass curtain wall accessories such as aluminium profiles, structural adhesives and hardware components.

4. Meticulous, well-organised with strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

5. Able to handle cross-regional work liaison between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
