ICT Software Development Project Manager

Immediate available is preferable, and alternate Sat work (half-day) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design management for cloud application and design works,
• Assist to supervise and coordinate overall design from concept to implementation, avoid and mitigate any potential project risk in all aspects,
• Liaise with stakeholder, expert panels, consultant teams to understand the design and construction practice and statutory requirements,
• Provide advice on the selection and appointment of relevant consultants and design review.
• Liaise/Coordinate with project team members, clients, operators, and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants and master program.
• Work closely with design and project team members, consultants during the whole process of agile project throughout the development process.
• Handle and coordinate the new software development project.
• Make verification on design, development, testing, deployment, and review to determine compliance with project specifications, plans, and additional requirements on operation requirements.
• Prepare written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines related to project file maintenance and document control.
• Update project reports daily and project staging on a weekly basis.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to development team.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholder and software developer on statutory submissions, approvals, and inspections.
• Based on site for some projects

Project Manager (ELV)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

Immediate available is preferable, and alternate Sat work (half-day) is required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise subordinates in project operation, cost and quotation analysis, quality control and logistic to fulfill the tight timeline set
• Liaise with customers, designers, sub-contractors and venders
• Monitor and supervise all Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Network Structure cabling project
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• Prepare system drawings including layout drawing, pipe duct details, plant room details, etc as well as equipment and individual preparation and submission for approval and procurement
• Prepare tender, job budget estimation and submission

ICT Software Development Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree / Associate Degree or equivalent in Programming / Computer Science or other related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10 years software development work experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 recent years of experience in cloud-based application with solid design experience. Strong knowledge in overall design, coding and use of toolchain,
• Experience in project and design management, with experiences in system integration preferred,
• Experiences in access control system, car park system, video surveillance is highly preferable.
• Experiences in building services works / cyber security is highly preferable but not necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese,
• Solid coordination experience of projects in China are required,
• Proficiency in agile planning tools and MS Project are necessary
• Be responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
• Well discipline, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently and willing to work overtime.

Project Manager (ELV)

Requirements :

• University graduate / Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Information and Communication Technology
• At least 5 years or above relevant working experience in ELV projects management, specialize in ELV Systems and Network Structure cabling will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in overall ELV design and planning. Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
• Security Personnel Permit D; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card
