Job Description:
Responsibilities:
To provide specialist advice on systems issues and end to end solutions design, across multiple systems and to deliver appropriate IT solutions which satisfy business needs for High Net Worth (HNW) Insurance business:

Setting up governance model of IT solutions
-
Advising the business in gathering of systems requirements and design of application solution
-
Reviewing design of application programs and design complex programs
-
Advising on data conversion approach, data preparation and conversion execution
-
Advising on development of testing approach, testing plan and testing execution
-
Advising on development of operational documentation
-
Performing complex system problem analysis
-
Ensuring that IT solutions comply with standards AXA architectural frameworks and standards and Security standards
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
-
Considerate experience in an Software Engineer role in Insurance Domain.
-
Over 8+ years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation and development.

Strong analytical capability and skills (i.e. - database architecture design, business intelligence application configuration, MIS report development, etc.)

Ability to make insightful, successful decisions

Competent delivering results through ownership & drive

The ability to think creatively and ensure services meets stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose.

The ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
