Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation in the Duty Control Room, BMS, Chillers, Boilers, etc.
• Attend to all complaints, utilities records and computation, night shift servicing works and routine inspection
• Provide maintenance to all plants, systems, equipment, facilities, M&E services, ELV systems, water supply system, audio / visual system, etc.
• Provide inspection to all fire protection, life saving systems, vertical transportation systems, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
• 3 - 5 years relevant working experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
