Requirements
University degree in finance, business administration, information technology, computer science or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product development, project management, or operations of information systems / banking / financial applications, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
Proven track record in managing external complex, multi-stakeholder FinTech projects or platforms is preferred
Experience in engaging with regulators, industry associations and/or committees is highly preferred
Confident, self-motivated and resilient, with strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position
