Requirements

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise closely with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks proactively
• Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Ensure project documentation, quality control, and health and safety standards are maintained
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt your approach to suit each project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and lead project teams
• Diploma /Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field
• Available immediately is highly preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
