Job Responsibilities:

• Numerical Framework Development: Responsible for designing and implementing the core numerical systems of the game, including economic systems, growth curves, combat formulas, resource production and consumption balance models, etc., providing foundational support for gameplay and monetization goals.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously optimize numerical models based on user behavior data, including retention, payment behavior, LTV, conversion rate, etc., as well as A/B testing results. Improve key operational metrics while ensuring a dynamic balance between numerical experience and business objectives.
• Numerical Health Monitoring: Establish a numerical monitoring system and define key warning indicators, such as resource overflow, currency inflation, growth stagnation, etc. Enable rapid identification and response to abnormal fluctuations to protect user experience and system stability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with system designers, combat designers, programmers, artists, operations teams, and other stakeholders to efficiently implement and iterate numerical designs, ensuring that numerical logic aligns with the product lifecycle.
• Team Building and Management: Responsible for building the numerical design team, establishing process standards, and developing talent. Set up standardized design documentation and review mechanisms to improve overall team output quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors related to mathematics, such as Information and Computing Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields, are preferred. Strong mathematical foundation and quantitative modeling ability are required.
• 10+ years of experience in the game industry, including 8+ years of game development numerical design experience and 5+ years of game operations experience. Must have a comprehensive perspective across game development and operations.
• Experience with multiple games from 0 to 1, including project initiation, development, launch, and long-term operation. Deep experience leading numerical system design for various game genres, including casual games and long-term MMO projects.
• Hands-on experience with hit games and benchmark long-term operation projects is preferred. Experience in regional operation of well-known online games, projects with monthly revenue exceeding RMB 100 million, or projects with stable revenue for over 10 years is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of significantly improving core metrics such as retention rate, payment rate, and LTV through numerical optimization. Experience operating projects with tens of millions in monthly revenue is preferred.
• Expert in numerical design across game economic systems, growth systems, combat formulas, resource models, and other modules. Skilled in data mining, numerical balance tuning, and A/B testing implementation.
• Proficient in using Excel for numerical modeling. Familiar with tools such as Cocos, Xmind, Visio, and Axure. Able to independently complete prototype design, logic structuring, and backend integration coordination.
• Capable of independently building numerical monitoring systems and risk warning mechanisms. Has mature solutions for common numerical risks such as game currency inflation and resource imbalance.
