Responsibilities:

• Implement CRM activities or exclusive events to company’s VIPs;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the development and deployment of CRM programs, e.g., member acquisition, engagement, and retention program;
• Handle incoming customer and merchant enquiries and complaints related to BeauDollar Club’s services;
• Create and coordinate marketing activities to acquire new members and retain members;
• Support in CRM data analysis and report generation for identifying target segmentation for CRM initiatives;
• To develop and prepare marketing communications and collaterals for different touch points to drive customer engagement & optimize consumer journey;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Around 2-3 years’ experience, focusing on Loyalty/ CRM program/Marketing, exposure in beauty sector is definitely an advantage;
• Good analytical skills and detail-minded, able to work multi-task under pressure;
• Willing to handle ad-hoc requests and enquiries;
• Team player, presentable, detail-minded and self-motivated;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin);
• Good command of PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
