• Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to the General Office and designated management staff, including organising meetings, managing schedules, arranging logistics, and handling related follow‑up actions;

• Assist in procurement processes, including purchase order administration and payment processing;

• Handle petty cash, payments, expense processing, and record updates;

• Maintain asset, inventory, and maintenance contract records, and arrange regular stocktakes;

• Support the software licence subscription programme and maintain financial records and databases for payment and fund transfer purposes;

• Manage the Computer Warranty Scheme (CWS) and assist departments in joining the scheme;

• Support the use of the ServiceNow ITBM system, respond to enquiries, and perform troubleshooting as required;

• Provide event support and registration services for IT workshops, training sessions, and IT forums;

• Provide logistics and safety-related support, and assist with facility management for CSC offices;

• Update relevant departmental webpages and SharePoint sites;

• Prepare statistics and reports as required;

• Handle and follow up on email and telephone enquiries; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• A Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/IT-related disciplines would be beneficial but not mandatory;

• At least 6 years of post-qualification working experience;

• Good command of English and Chinese;

• High IT proficiency, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

• Good organisational and interpersonal skills;

• Highly committed with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; and

• Being self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team are required.
