Key Responsibilities

• Support MPF funds / schemes after their onboarding to the eMPF Platform in relation to fund administration operations
• Support daily handling of investment order placement, cashflow projection on funding requirement, preparation of payment instruction for money flows and transaction flows and data file exchanges
• Prepare due reporting such as the client reports, internal MIS and regulatory reports at the required timelines
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash, payments and fund units to ensure relevant records and/or entries are properly updated to the concerned systems; identify discrepancies and perform due follow-up and/or escalation
• Perform portfolio valuation, Net Asset Value (NAV) price computation and other fund administration work to maintain service quality
• Provide support in preparing data for annual financial accounts or internal control audits on funds / schemes
• Participate in projects such as model office test runs in relation to eMPF implementation, optimization of operational processes and other ad hoc requirements as raised by clients
• Perform UAT on the assigned projects and/or new system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in accounting, finance, banking or economics preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial institution or accounting field
• Numerical sensitive and detail-oriented, with systematic and organized mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel (Macro)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
