Regional IT services and solutions provider

• Build software application in embedded device or server, including but not limit to, IPCAM or edge boxes or IOT gateway, for early engagement with customers by prototype demonstration, to propose winning solution based on video analytic (VA) technology, and to drive OEM manufacture to produce customized device once tender awarded.
• Able to advice or propose solution for tender requirement in short time
• Able to build VA application or solution for Proof Of Concept (POC)
• Work closely with pre-sale team to map out functional and technical architecture, and cost estimation
• Based on VA prototyping for POC, work with solution partner to integrate partner's software/hardware components, or develop with partner, according to tender specification.
• Mentor and guide junior software/firmware developer in the team

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years in computer system developing experience, with primarily focus in embedded devices or Video Analytic or Deep Learning
• Experience in customizing VA network layer and integrating VA to application like matching or searching or alter.
• Experience in face tracking and scoring is plus
• Good awareness of the market dynamics and products in public safety domains
• Familiar with Linux, bash script, python, OpenCV, C/C++, github, Docker, Apache, Base64, protobuffer
• Able to develop API for embedded device. Familiar with Restful, MQTT, AMQT.
• Familiar with main stream VA framework like Caffe / Tensorflow, Openvino
• Able to prune network like Resnet/Mobilenet SSD/YOLO on AI accelerator to minimize SOC CPU usage, is a plus
• Able to label collected data, transfer learning on Tensorflow or Openvino, is a plus.
• Excellent team player. Able to communicate and work with different level of people.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese is a must.
