The project:

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defines and delivers effective information management strategies, aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
• Establishes and manages project-level IM functions, ensuring consistent standards, governance and delivery.
• Drives capability through training, coaching and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Assures quality and compliance of all project documentation, records and information flows.
• Leads and develops IM teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across project interfaces.
• Supports CDE implementation, bid development, and contributes to digital excellence and net zero ambitions.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualified in a relevant technical competency, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in information management,across major projects on site.
• Proficient in key IM systems (Aconex, ViewPoint, SharePoint) and data tools including Power BI.
• Strong understanding of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri), aligned with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.
• Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement, international experience, and awareness of data security and governance.
• Experience in digital data management, with strong capability in data storage, access control frameworks and workflow automation, moving beyond traditional site-based document control practices.
