Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Take up both Hospital projects management in software development . Assist the CTO in working out the technical design and system architecture of our solutions .
• Responsible for Python system development, application and enhancement projects on both web-based and client/server platforms.
• Participate in all phases of projects including user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, system nursing and go live support.
• Provide user and application support to clients to ensure their reliable and satisfactory operations, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, program enhancement and documentation update.
• Ensure the developers to follow the system development standards, quality management in their work.
• Prepare system test plan, conduct integrated testing and UAT - Produce system specifications and project progress reports
• Liaise with users on project issues and resolve conflict between project team members

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification IT experience including at least 3 years assuming the role of Systems Analyst or Technical Project Manager.
• At least 6 years of experience in Python application development using frameworks such as Java script , Vue Js Framework, Linux Server, graphsql
• DRMS Application - Backend framework: Django (python), Frontend framework: Vue.js (Javascript)
• Infrastructure - Python server: Supervisor, Web server: Nginx, Data streaming: Kafka
• Mature, Stable work history and good communication with CXL level.
