We had in total three meetings. On the first one they presented me a company and three possible projects that I had chance to work for them. We briefly talked about my experience and my expectations. I had to give them answer do I want to proceed and for which project in couple days. Then after they informed me that they are interested too, I had a technical interview. Interview consist of questions about problem solving, some framework questions and common Java questions. Two weeks later I had the third and last interview which was more negotiation for salary and benefits.
