However, two weeks have passed since that expected response time, and despite following up politely, I have received no communication or update. This lack of follow-up and professionalism is disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the recruiter initiated contact.
Effective communication and follow-through are crucial in the recruitment process, and my experience here was lacking in both. I hope this feedback helps improve their processes and responsiveness.
