Interview

The process included an initial phone interview and multiple onsite interviews with various stakeholders. There was also an initial screening based on values and personality which in my opinion was beneficial to match these traits to the corporate culture. (which is great!)

This process specifically focused on understanding who I am as a person and how I operate. I felt that the interviewers cared to get to know me and evaluate my ability to quickly learn a solution and present it in a way that made sense and seemed well put together.

The team at vCom Solutions did an excellent job throughout the interview process. Their communication was clear, accurate and timely. They followed up exactly when they said they would. Additionally, the process was extremely thorough, it's clear they are careful in who they hire into their company.

Had three different video interviews and three different people promised to get back to me and never did. I found this extremely unprofessional. Even if a company decides not to proceed it is very low class not to let you know.
