The interview process was very thorough, especially for the automotive industry, and what most are accustomed to. An initial personality profile followed by several phone interviews with Recruiter and one or more hiring managers determine whether or not you get an in person, panel interview there at the vAuto Headquarters in Oak Brook, IL.
