The entire process was very smooth and coordinated. Nigel is an excellent communicator and clearly articulate company values and job expectations. Entire process was about a week and everyone was very friendly and great to talk too.

For the technical portion they asked a lot of questions about my problem-solving abilities.
Multi stage interview, first by phone and then onsite, with a technical interview with engineers and also an interview with management. Strong emphasis on culture fit as well as skills.

Interview
Very accommodating. Technical interviews are open-ended questions trying to grill your first principles. You have to sign an NDA because the questions are centered around the technology they are developing.
