Thorough interview that included both behaviorial and technical questions. Process took a significant amount of time and communication was thorough throughout. Did not continue after second interview but difficulty was not too bad.

Proceed with caution — some red flags worth noting. The interview process at Uberall was underwhelming compared to others I’ve experienced. While the team was professional on the surface, the conversation at times felt less like a genuine evaluation and more like an opportunity to extract competitive insights, particularly given that I was coming from a competitor in the space. Something to be mindful of if you’re in a similar position. The role also appeared to have been open for quite some time, which combined with the interview dynamic, raised some questions about the urgency and intent behind the hiring process. Not a terrible experience, but not one I’d call particularly thoughtful or candidate-focused either. If you’re considering interviewing here, go in with your eyes open and be measured about what you share.
