      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at ttcInnovations (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2017

      Interview

Various samples of my work were requested and then evaluated by an experienced panel. I thought that was very smart. My interview with the HR Executive was one of the most "real," sincere, and warm interview ever. I appreciated all the time spent in the interview process to make sure I was a good fit. Impressive processes!

      Question 1

For real samples of various types of my work, and they discussed them with me.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ttcInnovations in Aug 2022

      Interview

The process took several weeks. The first interview was with an HR representative, who basically went over the job requirements for the role and he was extremely cordial and friendly. Next, they requested several portfolio work samples to evaluate. The next step was a phone interview with the HR manager. The call was mostly conversational with only a few STAR situational questions. Everything went well and all signs pointed to a potential offer, but I was told a few weeks later that they didn't currently have any opportunities that would meet my availability. Maybe that will change down the road?

      Question 1

How would you handle a difficult SME, etc?

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ttcInnovations

      Interview

First round interview with Dana, the VP of Human Resources. Second round with the lead instructional designer. Third round was a portfolio review. Everyone was very nice during the interviews and I felt like it was a good opportunity. As other reviewers here have said, once at the third round, I heard nothing. I followed up at 1 day, 1 week and 1 month and did not even get the courtesy of an email back saying that my application had been denied. Just nothing. Very unprofessional after taking almost 10 hours to complete the interview process.

      Question 1

How do you handle clients that are difficult to please?

Thank you for your time interviewing with us. We are truly sorry that you didn’t receive a follow up communication (particularly after you followed up); that isn’t our typical process as we strive to stay in contact with applicants. We appreciate your feedback and we continually are working to improve our applicant experience.
